Move with MeUndies: Hula Hooping for Beginners w/ Cait Cuevo
MeUndies has partnered with six influencers to lead a series of movement classes in celebration of their new Breathe underwear collection.
We dropped a new Breathe collection to inspire movement. Everybody moves differently, which is why we partnered with Breathe instructors (or what we like to call amazing-talented-beautiful-genius badasses) who use movement to express their individuality.
Cait is a self-taught flow artist and professional hula hooper. Her class will focus on the basics, like posture, hand positioning, breathing, waist hooping, arm hopping, isolations, escalators, and more.
What You’ll Need:
- Hula hoop
- Tight/minimal clothing (nothing loose)
- Water
- An open space
