The Invite

Step 1. The first rule of Netflix and Chill night is to not use the phrase “Netflix and Chill.” Trust us. This is especially true if you’re inviting your crush over. Instead, casually mention a show or movie you’ve previously talked about or know they’d be interested in, and ask if they’d like to come over and watch at your place this weekend. Easy-peasy, right? Throw in a, “You bring the wine, I’ll pop the popcorn.” That my friend, is the beginning of a “and that’s how I met your mother” dating story.
